Know Your Number Zoom Session:

This hour is spent with a series of specific questions to help you identify your Enneagram number. By the end, we will have narrowed down to two or three potential Enneagram numbers along with my insights.  I will send you helpful information so you can see which number most resonates with you, and you can make the ultimate decision.

Individual Zoom Session:

Enneagram Counseling is different from therapy.  While therapy often spends a lot of time looking at the past, our work primarily focuses on your present and future.  As a Counselor, I blend Counseling and Enneagram Coaching for a unique approach to personal growth work.  Once we have confirmed your Enneagram number, we dive in to explore current life issues where you feel stuck or frustrated.  We use the framework of the Enneagram to give fresh insights to what dynamics are at play in your challenges.  Some clients meet weekly and some prefer to spread out their sessions.  The pacing is up to you. All of my sessions are followed up with a summary email with an optional invitation for growth based on our time together.
